I seen a similar item for sale here in the UK some 7 weeks ago, and when I attempted to purchase I was advised the company had sold out of this item. I have tried other companies with no luck, and was surprised when I came across your website and found you had them in stock. The reason I write this is, I received the cufflinks towards the end of last week - 3 days after I placed the order - you are in Australia and I am in the north of England!!! The item is what I have searched the UK for to no luck, your prices are not just reasonable but VERY good - even considering I paid Airmail postage I still paid just over half the price I expected to pay (Not complaining about that), the cufflinks are perfect - better than they looked on your website, they were packaged perfectly and came in an excellent presentation tin. But your most probably the thing that stood out most was the super efficient service I experienced. I don't normally write to thank complain for good service, but take the exception when its excellent service - which is what this was. Thanks again, I really am a satisfied customer. Kind Regards
